UNFORTUNATELY WE DO RECEIVE A PHOTO ONCE IN A WHILE THAT WE CANNOT LASER ENGRAVE. IF THIS HAPPENS WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO CHOOSE ANOTHER PHOTO OR YOU CAN ASK FOR A FULL REFUND.

Shipping information:

We will ship your picture that we made for you as soon as we can by USPS.

It could take up to two weeks before your pakage is delivered but usually you will revieve it sooner.
